CONSENT STATEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
As RK SOFT Information Technologies Inc., we would like to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic messages in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation.
1. Definition of Commercial Electronic Messages A commercial electronic message refers to messages sent electronically for commercial purposes using means such as telephone, call center, fax, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, email, and short message services, containing data, voice, or images.
2. Conditions for Sending Commercial Electronic Messages Commercial electronic messages may only be sent to recipients who have given prior consent. It is legally prohibited to send commercial electronic messages to recipients who do not have approval on the Commercial Electronic Message Management System (“IYS”). This approval may be obtained in writing, through electronic communication tools, or via IYS (if the system is operational). Approvals obtained through IYS include an explicit declaration of intent and an electronic communication address.
Recipients may reject commercial electronic messages at any time without providing a reason. The rejection notification must be made through the same communication channel and must be free of charge and easy to process.
3. Cases Where Prior Approval Is Not Required If a recipient provides their contact information to be contacted, additional approval is not required for commercial electronic messages related to changes, usage, and maintenance of the supplied goods or services.
For commercial electronic messages sent to recipients who are traders or craftsmen, prior approval is not required. However, traders and craftsmen have the right to reject commercial electronic messages under the relevant legislation.
4. Consent Statement for Commercial Electronic Messages By approving this statement, I accept that RK SOFT Information Technologies Inc., in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation, may contact me via any communication channel (SMS, email, phone, fax, call center, etc.) for notifications, promotions, advertisements, product offers, campaigns, satisfaction surveys, and announcements regarding the services provided by the company, using my name, surname, and contact details.
Furthermore, I acknowledge that I have been informed that my given consent can be revoked at any time and that I can submit a rejection notice free of charge through the same communication channel by which the commercial electronic message was sent. I also acknowledge that I can exercise my right to reject through IYS (if the system is operational).
